"I had an excellent experience with Albert. My automatic pay app failed because my credit card expired! He worked quickly and politely and found my policies for both my car and truck and even suggested an upgrade! He got them reinstated and went over my coverage again. I have always had excellent service from Borja State Farm. They all have been very attentive to my problems, but I feel Albert went the extra mile for me! Highly recommend!"
