Have been with Gladys' agency for over half a decade with no payment issues or claims. Switched my policy and unfortunately had my car broken into a couple months after. Called to ask what my options are under my current plan and Zenaida immediately reminded me that I removed my comprehensive coverage and that they wouldn't be able to assist with anything besides tow service. Her answer came without confirming my personal info or current policy and was an unnecessary and intrusive interjection. I'm surprised by everyone's positive reviews about her as quite frankly she came off passive aggressive and seemed to want to get off the call asap. This is not the customer service I expect after having been with them for such a long time; it's giving "we care as long as you pay us".
